Energy Healing

Energy healing systems

Energy or Prana is a living force, it has consciousness. It can be built up and consciously controlled

When Vital Energy or Prana flows through the body properly, you are in a state of health. This is the fundamental truth about Energy, the body, the mind, and our health.

When there is an energetic disturbance in the body, a disease state is created. When the body’s Energy is disrupted in some way, when it is prevented from flowing smoothly through the meridians, to and from the chakras, and to and from the organs, a health problem is present. For the body to return to a state of health, these energetic disturbances need to be corrected.

You can sense, increase, and direct the body’s supply of Energy to improve your health. Energy or Prana is a living force; it has consciousness. It can be built up and consciously controlled.

The body always moves toward homeostasis. All systems in nature move toward balance. The body, too, seeks a balanced energetic level. This state of equilibrium, or health, is our natural state. Our body naturally seeks health.

Reiki is a Japanese form of Energy healing, Mikao Usui 1865-1926 was the promoter of Reiki, used as an alternative therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional, and mental diseases.

Mikao Usui taught Reiki to over 2,000 people during his lifetime. Eleven of these students continued their training to reach the Shinpiden level, a level equivalent to third degree, or Reiki Master level.

There are three levels or degrees in the Reiki healing system, This involves learning of the kanji, mantras, hand placements, how to transmit reiki for healing, self healing, distant and group healing.

The Reiki Master level involves learning of the master kanji and how to channel and transmit the Reiki attunements to students learning the reiki healing system and who wish to become certified Reiki practitioners.

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is transferred or transmitted through the palms of the Reiki practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

The philosophy of Reiki is rooted in five principles. These principles provide guidance for healing and balancing your Reiki energy.

The Five Reiki Principles are as follows:

Just for today, I will not worry.

Just for today, I will not be angry.

Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

Just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Just for today, I will be kind to my neighbour and every living thing.

You can use the five Reiki principles as mantras to help guide your thoughts and actions each day, this will promote a spiritual and personal growth, helping you live a healthier, more fulfilling and balanced life.

Anyone with an open mind can become a Reiki master practitioner provided that they are willing to learn and practice the principles and techniques from a Reiki master teacher.

Pranic healing

Pranic healing is a powerful technique of energy healing and is often compared to medical chi-gong, therapeutic touch and other energy healing techniques because it incorporates many of the same principles within its system.

It was developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and made public in 1987. Pranic healing is an effective healing method based on one key principle – that the body has the natural ability to self-repair or self-heal.

The two pillars of pranic healing are two essential laws. The first law is the law of self-recovery. The second one is the law of prana or life energy.

As a science, pranic healing studies our energetic anatomy. Namely, there is an energy field that surrounds every being. Some call it the energy body, the etheric body, the bioplasmic body, or the aura.

This field can be described as a field of light that penetrates the physical body and extends beyond it to around four to five inches (on average) and acts as some sort of shield. The size depends on the person’s health.

Pranic healing is the practice of channeling pranic energy from the source through the healer towards the one who’s being healed.

Practitioners channel the life force or prana around us and use it to heal our minds and bodies.

The healer acts as a channel or medium while the energy acts as a healing tool. Numerous testimonials and researches from around the globe prove that it truly works!

The energy body has 11 major chakras. They control and energize our vital organs and affect our mental and spiritual well being.

Pranic healing helps cleanse, stabilize, and energize all the major chakras and various minor ones when needed.

Cleansing helps remove the unhealthy energy from the person’s body and eliminates blockages in the energy channel so it can soak up fresh energy coming from the healer. Energizing might do more harm than good unless the cleansing is done properly.

People who practice yoga, chi kung, or meditation on a regular basis often have an aura that’s healthy and vibrant.

These activities regulate the flow of the pranic energy keeping their chakras free of blockages.

With a cleansed energy body, you can enjoy an active physical body that’s free of diseases and easily cope with everyday problems.

Anyone with an open mind can become a pranic healer provided that they are willing to learn and practice the basic techniques and principles of pranic healing.

ThetaHealing was created in 1995 by Vianna Stibal during her personal journey of healing from a leg tumor. This method is a technique of meditation and a spiritual philosophy that is not specific to one religion, but recognizes all of them with the aim to become closer with the Creator.

ThetaHealing is a form of Energy healing for the body, mind, and spirit and gives one the ability to get rid of limiting beliefs and live a life full of positive thoughts through prayer and meditation.

The philosophy of ThetaHealing is to live, train, and coach other people to create a better life through love and consequently, reach a harmony in our mind, body, and spirit through the concept of the 7 planes of existance.

The purpose of ThetaHealing is to bring your brain in a deep state known as theta and through it, to renew the link with the Creator, which will further allow you to learn how to ease mental, physical, and emotional shifts. What’s more, she shows you how to build your own reality and how everything that happens in your life is with a purpose.

Scientific studies acknowledge our brains have 5 basic frequencies, that is, Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta and we usually use them one at a time; however, one frequency tends to be dominant, depending on the situation. In the phase of deep meditation, sleep, or hypnosis, the dominant wave is the Theta one and scientists have concluded that this frequency has the ability to lower stress and anxiety, lead to deep relaxation, enhance the mental clarity and creativity, minimize ache, and increase euphoria.

During ThetaHealing, the brain enters this wave within minutes and the individual works with the Creator, God, or the Universe (depending on one’s beliefs).

The practitioner is concentrated on defining the crucial beliefs which are encouraging your emotional or physical issue with the help of a tool known as digging It gives the practitioner the ability to unravel the numerous layers of belief and reach the bottom one. When this bottom belief is shifted, the remaining beliefs which come after it will consequently change and the individual will be free of limits and will not have to pass through early traumas.

Another important aspect of a ThetaHealing session is when the practitioner checks out to discover if you hold specific beliefs through muscle testing, a simple yes signals that you are ready for the new reality.

ThetaHealing sessions are practiced in a safe and supportive space where the practitioner and the individuals involved can freely explore all aspects of their life that they would like to change or improve.

Providing solutions, practices, exercises and support that helps the whole person.
