In the “TOOL BOX” you will see the list of practices and exercises I have used and tested over 10 years, I still use many of them today. I have found these to be effective in relieving and managing all types of pain, anxiety and stress, most of them can easily be learned at home. These are the very tools that helped me recover from a broken lumbar spine, chronic pain, back pain, nerve pain, multiple spine surgeries and eliminate all medications.

Just be yourself, It takes a whole lot of effort to be a person, while it takes no effort to be yourself.
Ground yourself go outside, stand on the grass with bare feet, reconnect with the earth, we are part of the earth. Be in nature, go for a walk, swim in a river or go to the beach, spend some time sitting under a tree or gardening the health benefits of this practice is very powerful and often over looked.
Let go of expectations and attachments, our expectations can let us down and disappoint us when we become attached to an outcome. Attachments and expectations are the cause of suffering and keeps us in a negative frequency, we then project this on to our loved ones, family and friends.
Bring joy into your life, make an effort to see all the good that is around you and take part in activities that are fun. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell. Try to be alive. You will be dead soon enough.
The power of breath, breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. The more we talk about our troubles and our fears, the more life we breathe into them.
Get enough sleep, sleep recharges you , in combination with nutritious diet and plenty of exercise , it gives you the resources to handle the challenges that life gives you.
Exercise, Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
Stay away from addictive substances, alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes are problems, not solutions. they create imbalances, not just in your body’s chemistry, they also affect your energy levels in all dimensions of your life.
